hi. today we made preservations and chutneys, cordial, apple pie filling, relish, syryp, a whole load of dried stuff, some fruit leather and some pickles.

In February 2009, we began our Permaculture Diploma. This collaborative blog is our way of documenting and sharing everything we find and learn along the way.
Yeah, it was a huge day! I enjoyed watching eebryone getting into the swing of it, & it rekindled my love of the art of preserving, not just for the need for food, but for the joy of creating beautiful delicious things that spoil easily if left to break down... Thanks to stickers for this great forum.
